The next steps

If you are on the final shortlist, we will get to know each other better in an initial interview. The aim of this interview is to give you a better impression of the company and the job content. On the other hand, we would like to learn more about you, your motivation, your previous career and your skills.
In order to deepen the first impressions, we will then conduct a second interview including a taster session. This will give you and us a deeper insight into each other.
