Site acquisition

We seek out suitable sites for the construction of mobile telecoms installations based on the needs and interests of network planning. Potential sites are inspected and selected according to multiple criteria: topographical situation, legal regulations and existing building stock. The overall structural and commercial conditions for the construction and operation of mobile sites are arranged directly with the owners. We seek to coordinate with the responsible authorities so that the interests of the public are taken into account.

NIR assessment

The maximum permitted exposure to radiation from mobile installations is legally regulated by the Ordinance on Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation (ONIR). An accurate on-site survey is carried out to determine the position and height of the terrain and the surrounding built infrastructure. Based on the survey data, NIR pollution in the surrounding area is calculated, and the configuration of the transmission facility is optimised in collaboration with the client and in compliance with all applicable laws so as to ensure the best possible network coverage. A Site Data Sheet is compiled as the basis for obtaining the permit to construct or adapt a mobile installation.

Site planning and permit

Plans for the execution of the project and the building permit application are drawn up on the basis of on-site measurements. We carry out all the work needed to clarify the statics of the mast, foundations and buildings, and we advise you on any reinforcement, rehabilitation or renovation measures that may be needed. We prepare the building permit application dossier in accordance with the local authorities' requirements, including all necessary documentation such as project and cadastral plans as well as plans of the surrounding area. 
To support the permit application process, the necessary activities are coordinated with all parties involved; the processes are monitored so that the permit for the implementation of the construction project is issued within a reasonable period of time.
